NEW VENTLESS COUNTERTOP FRYER MODELS

  • The Broaster Company has introduced a new version of its model VF-3 Ventless Countertop Fryer. Like the recently introduced smaller model VF-2 ventless countertop fryer, this new unit offer the following new features and improvements:
  • New compact filter cartridge – houses a grease filter/flame arrestor, removable duct tray, and air filter – improves air flow performance and ease of cleaning.

  • Magnetic safety sensors – for increased reliability.

  • 10-second delay before buzzer sounds at the end of each cycle – allows oil to drain off the product before basket removal.

  • Fire system service indicator – to alert operators to the 6-month periodic maintenance interval (to be performed by NFPA certified personnel, as recommended by NFPA-17A specifications).

  • Electronic high-limit – for improved reliability and safety.

NEW MOFFAT CONVECTIONS OVENS

  • Also joining the Broaster line of top quality foodservice equipment are Moffat Convection Ovens. Available in two sizes – the E-25B (2 half-pan capacity) and E311 MS (4 half-pan capacity) – these convection ovens have the capability to both bake and broil. Additionally, both models are fast, quiet, compact, versatile, and easy to clean and operate.
