620 Motorized Easy Breader
- Fits almost anywhere – compact unit requires only 2.53 square feet of countertop space.
- Marinates up to 14 pounds of product in 15 minutes.
- Coats up to 14 pounds of product in just 3 minutes.
- Breader available in both manual and motorized versions.
Small Marinating Tub
Standard Features—Small Marinating Tub
- Marinates up to 12 birds at a time (8-piece-cut, 2-3/4 to 3 lb. birds).
- Constructed of durable, clear plastic.
- Built-in handles for easy handling when transporting, draining or storing.
- Secure plastic lid has holes for convenient draining.
- Includes perforated product support plate at bottom of tub allowing any additional marination solution to drain off chicken while keeping chicken out of the excess solution on the bottom.
- Sides of bucket are hot stamped with measurement graduations in both English and metric.
Large Marinating Tub
Standard Features—Large Marinating Tub
- Marinates up to 52 birds at a time (8-piece-cut, 2-3/4 to 3 lb. birds).
- Constructed of high-density polyethylene, easily rinses or steams clean.
- Built-in handles for easier handling when transporting, draining or storing.
- Performs in applications of up to 180o F (82o C).
- Includes perforated product support plate at bottom of tub allowing any additional marination solution to drainoff chicken while keeping chicken out of the excess solution on the bottom.
- Quickly drains through built-in spigot at bottom of tank.
- Dolly included for easy transport from receiving to sink to cooler.

The Pressure Fryer Accessory Kits include everything you need to keep your new Broaster Pressure Fryer clean, running at its peak capacity and highest product quality.
765 Portable Filter
Model 765 portable shortening filter is of stainless steel construction. It is fitted with 2 fixed and 2 swivel casters to operate in less than 15 inches clearance. Unit includes integrated 1/3 H.P. high-output pump and motor with capacitor start operating at 5 gallons per minute.
- Extend oil life – filtering your cooking oil helps to extend it’s life, reducing shortening costs while maintaining food quality.
- Quick filtering – 5 gallons per minute throughput allows you to filter 65 pounds of hot cooking oil in under five minutes.
