Hot Marinade
Broaster’s Hot Marinade combines onion, garlic, salt, and spices with a heavy dose of jalapeno to make our hottest marinade. Perfect for chicken, meat, vegetables, and other products, Hot Marinaded products can be coated with Crispy Cajun Coating (PN 95013) to turn up the heat.
Zesty Marinade
Broaster’s Zesty Marinade combines salt and spices with a tickle of jalapeno, making it a spicy-but-not-too-hot marinade perfect for chicken, pork, or other products that could use a smidge of flavor.

Slo-Bro Spicy Coating adds the heat of the Hatch Chili Pepper and the Habanero Pepper with a special blend of other seasonings to elicit just the right amount of initial heat with every bite. For Genuine Broaster Chicken® Spicy, product must be used in combination with Chickite® Spicy Marinade and cooked in a Broaster Pressure Fryer.

Crispy Breading
Broaster’s Crispy Breading is a medium intensity coating that will add a crispy crunch to your bone-in chicken, tenders, potatoes or more. A double-dip breading process adds the delightful crunchy texture while black pepper, poultry seasoning, salt, and other ingredients will spice up your products without adding heat.

Broaster’s Crispy Cajun Coating is a bold and bright coating that adds interesting texture and big flavors to fried foods. Fast-Bro Coating
Broaster’s Fast Bro Coating is a soft textured coating whose defining feature is quick browning, making it a perfect choice to add color to foods cooked in 5 minutes or less. Notes of pepper, celery salt, onion and other flavors in a cornflour base will complement any application needing a quick tan.
Deli Mix Coating
