Prepared with the freshest available chicken, our house-made marinades and coatings and our own cooking process, there is no way Genuine Broaster Chicken can be replicated (but many others will try). It simply can’t be done.

Our Story

Our trusted, iconic brand has been around for more than 70 years. In 1954 L.A.M. Phelan, a brilliant inventor and innovator, used his vast knowledge of pressure cooking and deep frying to combine them into one single cooking appliance and changed the chicken game. The Broaster® was born. Wisconsin Supper Clubs quickly realized the potential of quicker and tastier method to cook chicken, and the company grew. By the 1990s, we had introduced our full line-up of frozen foods to help operators expand their menus. And today, we offer everything from branded food programs to marinades and coatings to the pressure and ventless fryers that make our chicken stand apart. That’s how the Broaster Company became known for one-of-a-kind chicken that can’t be replicated.
