Broaster Company has launched its Rock County Smokehouse program, which enables operators to quickly and conveniently serve freshly smoked barbecue.
Beloit, Wis.,-based Broaster has been manufacturing high-quality Pressure Fryers, a licensed branded program, delicious foods and specialty foodservice equipment to the industry for over 65 years. Rock County Smokehouse uses real wood to smoke meats like ribs, chicken, pulled pork or brisket in a third of the time of a conventional smoker. With no skilled labor necessary, the unique Smokaroma pressure smoker cooks and browns meat to the proper temperature resulting in ready-to-serve authentic smoky barbecue.

With the use of real hickory or mesquite wood chips, the Smokaroma pressure smoker does not require a liquid solution or artificial smoke to generate authentic barbecue dishes. Moisture from the meat creates pressure during the cooking process and drives the smoke throughout the meat for impressive flavor.
The all-inclusive Rock County Smokehouse can be incorporated into a variety of operations to elevate menu options that will increase customer traffic. The turnkey operation includes everything from the equipment, sauces and rubs to the advertising support necessary to market the product.
