The Distributor for your area along with their contact info will be displayed. Most Broaster Distributors have an in-house service department. Day 1 of the @restaurantscanada show 🇨🇦 in Toronto, ON, is in the books, and a smashing success it was for Broaster, who, as usual, is represented by our trusted, knowledgeable, and all-around cool business partner @kendaleproducts 😎 Kendale did their usual fantastic job designing and staffing their exhibit with live cooking demonstrations on Broaster pressure fryers, including models 1800 and ES-24G, serving traditional 9-piece bone-in Genuine Broaster Chicken, chicken tenders, and wings coated with their Canadian Magic coating… YUM 😋🍗 We also have our ventless fryers in action, cooking spring rolls, mozzarella sticks, and several other freezer-to-fresh items. Plus, we even got a visit from Ontario Premier Doug Ford, who stopped by to say hello to the Kendale and Broaster team and to try out the world’s most beloved chicken! ❤️

Does Broaster just make chicken?
No! Broaster got its start with the invention of the first commercial pressure fryer, which was patented by LAM Phelan in 1953. Shortly after the invention came along the marinade and coating for making the perfect fried chicken. Nowadays, we also provide RTC bone-in wings, boneless wings, filets, tenders, and popcorn chicken, along with an array of proprietary coatings, breadings, marinades, and dipping sauces. Broaster Company’s frozen food offerings have also expanded to include more than just chicken.
