E Series 24 Pressure Fryer

Now your back-of-house efficiency can be Simply E-Mazing!

The E-Series pressure fryers allow operators to more easily manage back-of-house production cost while providing customers with notable moist and flavorful chicken that is superior to regular open frying.

With less time spent operating, training staff, cleaning and maintaining the equipment, the E-Series is the solution that operators are looking for to add value to their cooking lines.

Broaster’s E-Series 24G cooks the MOST amount of chicken in the LEAST amount of time, with the LEAST amount of energy using the LEAST amount of labor, oil, and hood space.

Energy Efficient in Every Way

OIL

Advanced Filtering Technology

The E-Series boasts on board integrated filtration system with stainless steel filter pan to extend oil life up to 4X versus traditional pressure fryers.

Energy

Efficient Burner Systems

The gas-fueled E-Series 18G and 24G are equipped with innovative high energy efficiency burner systems, offering less gas usage versus our legacy Broaster models – 18G (+25%), 24G (+35%).

Safety and Serviceability

Serviceability

Any part of the machine is accessible in two screws or less. Further, repairs are made easier due to the orientation of parts within the machine; electrical components are on one side and plumbing on the other.

Labor

Onboard Oil Replenishment

The E-series has the ability to add oil directly from an on-board oil reservoir or bulk oil system. This reduces the time and labor costs of manually handling oil.

Auto Controlled Pressure Release

At the end of the cook cycle, the built-up pressure in the cooking well is automatically released. There’s no need for operator interaction.

Oil Filtration Between Cycles

Another labor saver is the E-Series automatic quick filtration cycle that starts after each cook cycle.

Programmable Cooking Cycle

The touchscreen user interface allows operators to program up to 5 separate stages in one cook cycle, including the ability to fluctuate between open and pressure frying.

Capacity

E-Series 24 with Auto-Lift
High volume production has never been easier. The E-Series 24 cooks up to 64 pieces of fresh, bone in chicken per load thanks to shelving and racks. The Auto-Lift feature lowers and raises the racks, providing a safer and more operationally friendly work environment.

Space and Volume
The E-Series 24G pairs the largest cooking capacity (26 lbs.) with the smallest oil requirement (70 lbs.) of any pressure fryer in its class. It requires just 24 inches of space under the hood with no clearances on the sides, meaning expensive hood space can be used productively. With the highest food capacity (lbs.) per inch of hood space and the highest food capacity (lbs.) to pounds of oil required, the E-Series 24G is the most productive pressure fryer in its class.

Why Choose the E-Series

Featuring a range of innovative features, the Broaster E-Series raises the bar with its intentional design. By enhancing energy-efficiency as well as utilizing smart technology, our E-Series fryers work to greatly reduce or eliminate many of your operational pain points.

The E-Series 24G is the second of several models to be offered in this premium line of pressure fryers from Broaster Equipment.

#FAQFryDay: What is the difference between Broasted and fried chicken?

The #ChickenExperts know!
👇
Broasted chicken is battered and cooked in oil as well, but deep fried in a pressure cooker. It instantly locks in all the juices by immersion process cooking all sides of meat and once. One of the main differences between baking and frying is the heat source used to cook the food.

Broasted chicken is a trademark of the Broaster Company because we were the first to the bring pressure-fried, proprietary marinated chicken to the market and trademark the result! If it sounds familiar, KFC claims a secret recipe for pressure-fried chicken as well, but cannot call it Broasted chicken because they don’t own the trademark. The Broaster Company does partner with operators to serve Broasted chicken by following our program, using Broaster pressure fryers, and Broaster proprietary ingredients. #BetterBeBroaster #GenuineBroasterChicken #RestaurantIndustry
