Make Broaster Part of Your Brand
We get it — you’re hot stuff. You’re a food front-runner, a taste titan, a chomping champ, a luncheon leader. You make other restaurant owners quiver in their boots as you defy expectations, creating the type of dining experience that satisfies your customers completely —yet always leaves them craving more. But you’re also open to trying new ways to wow the world, and you’ve been considering other tasty options for the people who frequent your establishment.
Let us humbly suggest … that you become part of the Genuine Broasted Chicken family! But wait (you say), I have a brand to maintain. I don’t want my customers to come to my restaurant looking for someone else’s food. Never fear (we say), for Broaster offers an option that’s perfect for someone in your exact situation. Your brand is just as important to us as it is to you, and we want to help you elevate it to a whole new level of fantastic.
Trademark Food Program
Our menu-first Trademark Food Program allows you to take our equipment, recipes and food and make them your own. You see, Broaster Company is all about providing food solutions to the marketplace. Over the years, our trademark Broasted Chicken has made quite a name for itself, and now people tend to seek it out, knowing that it’s a cut above all the rest of the chicken out there.
When you participate in the program, you buy our equipment, knowing that it creates a product people crave. How you use it is entirely up to you. You can use every last bit of proprietary ingredients from us and attach your own brand to it. Keep in mind though, in order to call it Broaster, you’ll need to use our recipes. For example … Bob’s Broasted Chicken. (It has a ring to it, doesn’t it?)
Or, you can take the equipment and some of the ingredients and add your own personal flair. Does your restaurant pride itself in offering Grandma’s secret recipes? No problem! You can use our equipment and products and incorporate some parts that make the chicken uniquely yours.
But Broaster Company doesn’t just drop off the equipment and food and run back out the door. Oh, no — we are happy to help you set up your program and decide how to name it, market it and make it a big part of your restaurant. We have decades of experience setting up branded programs like this throughout the United States, and we are dedicated to making sure you are successful.
Make it your own
The beautiful thing about Broaster is that we don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. If you want to stock your menu with our food, we’re happy to help you with chicken, tenders, hot wings, sandwiches, individual meals and family meals. But, we don’t force you to take on the whole menu. You could decide to just stick with tenders and sandwiches, and we would be fine with that. We’re here to make your life easier, not harder — and, of course, more delicious.
The one constant, of course, is the equipment. There’s a reason why we refer to our pressure fryer as a “magical machine” — it’s easy to use and clean, and it creates a product that leads to lots and lots of loyal customers for you. Broaster is one of the only companies in the business that has a “bread ahead” coating process — as an operator, you can do all your breading in the morning, and then just drop the chicken in the fryer when you need it for a customer. When it comes out of the fryer, your customers will marvel at its mouth-watering “broast-i-ness” and the tantalizing flavors of our unique marinades.
Make your chicken the best in the neighborhood
Here’s the thing: Everywhere you turn these days, there are tons of chicken options. Practically every quick-service restaurant has a chicken sandwich on its menu, and new operators are getting into the game every day. It’s hard for consumers to know what’s good and what’s not, and when a new item pops up in a local restaurant, they have no way of gauging how it stacks up against the competition.
Broaster’s Trademark Food Program gives you the opportunity to introduce something new and different, yet still capitalize on a proven concept. Remember Bob’s Broasted Chicken? You could just call it “Bob’s Chicken” … but research has shown that consumers respond to the “Broasted” branding. It sets you apart from the crowd. It gives you something to “broast” about.
Not only do you have something new on your menu, but it’s way better than all that other chicken … because it’s BROASTED CHICKEN!
